TechUK to host Cyber Innovation Den
On 15 October 2025, TechUK will host the seventh edition of its flagship Cyber Innovation Den at its headquarters in London. The event will convene senior representatives from government, industry, and the UK’s cyber SME community for an afternoon of discussion, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
The Cyber Innovation Den has established itself as a key platform within the UK’s cyber security ecosystem. It provides an opportunity to examine how innovation is shaping the sector, while also facilitating dialogue between policymakers and the businesses at the forefront of developing new capabilities.
Focus of the event
This year’s agenda will consider the progress being made to ensure the UK maintains its position as a global leader in cyber security innovation. Key themes include the role of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and quantum computing, opportunities to strengthen collaboration between larger organisations and SMEs, and the wider contribution of the cyber sector to economic growth and national resilience.
The Cyber Innovation Pitching Competition
Central to the event is the Cyber Innovation Pitching Competition, which showcases pioneering products and services from across the SME community. Following an open application process, ten finalists have been selected to present their solutions to a panel of expert judges. The winner will be named TechUK Cyber Innovator 2025, reflecting both the quality of their innovation and its potential to contribute to the UK’s wider cyber security landscape.
